Information you provide

When you submit a project enquiry, Monarc Holdings may receive your name, email address, studio or company, Discord username if supplied, community size, budget range, selected services and the project information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to assess potential work, respond to you, scope projects and maintain necessary business correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, bot tokens, private API keys or other secrets through the contact form.

Form processing

The project enquiry form is processed using Formspree. Information submitted through that form is transmitted to the form-processing service so it can be delivered to Monarc Holdings. You may instead contact [email protected] directly.

Hosting and technical data

This website is hosted using Cloudflare. Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Live Discord community counts are retrieved through Monarc's server-side website function and are not based on visitor Discord accounts.

Retention and disclosure

We retain business enquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably useful for responding to the enquiry, operating projects and maintaining business records. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website and communications.

Your choices

You can ask about information you previously submitted, request correction, or request deletion where appropriate by contacting [email protected].
